Caryota mitis. Loy jumped into this concrete fenced area to try and get some Caryota seeds! Unfortunately they weren't ripe, but they had the most LOVELY flowers! Sort of like a dusty pink, in big clusters!
I was with Mark here and i SWEAR this tree has a FACE!!
SEE?!?!?!?!?! I told you so...
I have another picture of Mark imitating the tree's countenance, but let's not embarasss him.
