Loy really was so kind as to agree to have dinner with me the other day. We had a nice Subway sandwich whilst watching a very good rendition of Chinese Orchestra! I was very impressed as this was my first time listening to it. Appreciating the performance's art was not a hard thing to do as they were really skilled. In Loy's words, we could see the mountains and the rivers/lakes.

Loy managed to find a nice seat!

The Chinese Orchestra.

We made our way to Max Bernard's Chocolate Bar in the Esplanade! We had Chocolate Fondue, but the main star was the Chocolate soufflé. Can you say yummy? It was the most amazing, decadent thing EVER. Warm RICH, i repeat RRRIIICHHHHH chocolate ooooozing out. You can imagine the rest.

Chocolate soufflé = Orgasm

Our leftovers (after the ice cream has melted). Doesn't it look like a snow panda bear melting down?

A nice walk along the Esplanade's perimeters. Managed to get some half-decent shots of Singapore's skyline.

Got this view on top of the Esplanade's roof garden! We saw a cat run across the road, meowing loudly and (we wager) losing one of it's 9 lives in the process.

Thanks Loy for bringing me around!

xxoo
Cheers to Esplanade Outtings!
